If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Problems of Work.
This book really helped me with handling exhaustion. It gave me the tool that allowed me to eliminate the often exhaustive effects that work can cause. I now leave work and with this tool, get re-energized. Everyone should read this book!
